The Villians have been sent back to Birmingham with their tails between their legs and a manager who blatantly didn’t want to leave Anfield, but there’s one player who might be gracing the Shankly Gates sooner than we thought. Ashley Young is a bright young talent in a position where we sorely need it. His career has plateaued at Villa and it sounds like Houllier may be about to do us one more favour.
